Time To Remember - The Fuel Tracker HP #2

Based on a BMW R100 RS from 1978 the Fuel R100 Tracker#2 was commissioned by Brendan from Scotland. The main idea was to build a bike similar to the Fuel R100 Tracker we built some time ago but unlike that one, we were looking for a more racing look.

The fact of painting the tank and seat in different colors was done on purpose to give that racing look that we were looking for, in any case, the bike must have a small tank, solo seat, high exhaust pipe and keep it as simple and light as possible.

The tank comes from a Kawasaki KH100, a small bike from the seventies that fits very well and stylizes the shape of the bike. On the other hand, we wanted to improve the performance of the bike. We started changing the front fork for a BMW F650 one, Mikuni carbs, K&N air filters, a rear Ohlins suspension, fast throttle grip, etc.

One of the details of the bike refers to the ignition system. The bike has the ignition key on the left side of the bike but it starts with a car start button located under the speedometer.

The bike has a lot of new parts designed by us and machined by a specialist...speedometer holder, bracket indicators, etc.and other handmade parts as the rear frame, the tubular structure under the seat, high exhaust pipes, etc.

We have placed some parts from the original bike as the BMW pin from a BMW Rally in 1977 just to remind the origin of the bike. The bike handles really well and having lost so many kilos you feel much more strongly the 70hp.
