LEGAL BASES OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION
1.- COMPANY ORGANIZING THE PROMOTION
The Company FUEL MOTORCYCLES with address at C/Pallars, 84 and identification number ESB67230086 organizes for promotional purposes the giveaway (hereinafter, “the Promotion”) at a national level, to be developed through the Internet and of legal age in accordance with the provisions of the conditions for participation section.
2.-START DATE AND END DATE
The Promotion will start on 30/09/2021, and will end on 6/10/2021 at 23:59
The Company reserves the right not to proceed to carry out the promotional action if, by the reflected date of commencement of the same, a participation greater than X has not been registered. In the same way, the Company may extend the termination of the promotional action for 4 more weeks.
3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS
The participation requirements will be the following:

Participants may only register once in this promotion.

4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES

If the selection of the winner is random through the system of raffles and certificates, we recommend including this information: The selection of winners and alternates will be made randomly through APPAORTEOS platform. It’s a platform that guarantees the transparency of the result of the draw and as proof of this issues a certificate of validity for each of its draws, the result of which is unalterable by the organizer of the draw, and that any participating user can request from the organizer.
The winner price will be a jacket (election between division2 and Sidewaze) and rodeo gloves.
The winner may contact the Company within 15 days counting from the date on which it is announced in the brand's social profile. In the event that such contact does not occur within the stipulated period, the draw will be assigned to another winner, according to preference.
The holding of the draw, as well as the awarding of the prize, are subject to current tax regulations.
5.- LIMITATIONS
If it is evidenced that any of the participants does not meet the requirements of the Bases, or the data provided to participate were not valid, their participation will be considered void, they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded by virtue of this Promotion.

The prize awarded will not be transferable or susceptible to changes, alterations or compensation at the request of the Participants, and cannot be exchanged for any other product or for money.
Fuel Motorcycles reserves the right, if there is just cause and prior legal communication, to make any changes, suspend or extend this Promotion.
Any fiscal or tax burden that the acceptance of the prize may imply will be borne by the winner, as well as any other expense derived from the promotion that is not expressly assumed by Fuel Motorcycles in these Legal Bases.
A term of FIFTEEN (15) calendar days is established from the date of the awarding of the prize, to make any motivated claim. Fuel Motorcycles reserves, in case of compelling need, the right to substitute the prize for another of similar characteristics.
6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS
Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, that are offensive, injurious or discriminatory or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed. Neither will they allow comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one's own image. We will not be responsible for the damages caused by the comments made by the participants in the Promotion, and that at any time could hurt the sensitivity of other participants.
Any attempt to hinder the proper development of the Contest, either by human intervention or by means of an automaton, will result in the immediate disqualification of the participant, annulling their candidacy.
7.- DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
By way of example, but not limited to, we are not responsible for possible losses, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the participant regarding of the prize obtained from this Promotion, and does not assume any responsibility for any loss or damage of any kind that may be suffered by the Participants, winner or third parties.
We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that could prevent the completion of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize. In the event that this Promotion cannot be carried out, either due to fraud detected in it, technical errors, or any other reason that is not under the control of Fuel Motorcycles and that affects the normal development of the Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it, including the participation website.

The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated in any way with Facebook / Instagram, therefore the Participants release Facebook from all responsibility for any damages that may arise from it.

11.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These legal bases will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the Participant's city will be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance of these bases.
